Les Mills SPRINT - new class time Fridays 6.10am!


Welcome to the time table - SPRINT on Friday mornings at 6.10am! 

 

We're kicking off on Friday the 11th of January in this new time slot - this will replace Fri 9am SPRINT. 

Get great results - FAST! :D Book your bike in reception or simply turn up.

 

What is LesMills SPRINT?

 

SPRINT is a High Intensity Interval Training class using indoor bikes. The 30 minute
duration combines bursts of intensity where you push to your absolute maximum and short periods of rest to prepare for your next effort.
