We have an exciting day planned at KF with a huge bouncy castle,rock wall climbing, badminton and volleyball in McKay Stadium. FREE  group classes , FREE workouts up stairs on the gym floor,  FREE tours.  24 hour Tyre Flip for mental health, Biomapedance and Jump stick and so much more!

Giveaways and spot prizes on the day.  Food will be available to purchase at Refuel Cafe and we will have a FREE fruit stand for the kids and Fit for Purpose tastings!

Special join rates on the day Pre pay and Direct Debit options.  KF will donate $20 to I am Hope for every join on the day!
