HATHA YOGA

Our Hatha Flow class is a safe, accessible practice for most students with an emphasis on moving the body with awareness of breath. A 55 minute class leaving you feeling calm and connected. Incorporating both standing and seated postures to build strength, balance, flexibility and focus.

Asana (postures) in harmony with the breath, creates a yoga experience that is optimal for your body, mind and nervous system. Explore pose variations, refinements and alignment suggestions that set the foundation for a safe, sustainable practice. 

Your yoga instructor is Donelle Mason, a registered, advanced yoga teacher (ERYT 200, RYT 500) with a Bachelor of Sport and many years of teaching experience.

Donelle puts great emphasis on participation in this class not being about "Yoga Performance" - but about "Yoga Practice". No previous experience is required, and there is no such thing as "not being good at yoga". ;) Each student will have the time to develop a practice and find the variations that are suitable for them.

We ask that participants are in time for the practice, as once the class has started doors will be closed to provide the most calming experience possible. Please also be prepared to stay until the end of the class, out of courtesy to others as well as to complete your yoga experience. And if you have any questions at all, please feel free to stay after the class and Donelle will be available and happy to answer any queries you may have. This class will be limited to 30 participants.


BEGINNER'S YOGA

New to Yoga? Returning? The beginner's class is a great place to start. Emphasising yoga fundamentals, this foundational class includes standing, seated and reclining postures, while exploring conscious movement and breath. This class will move at a mellower pace than the general class, and will frequently use props for enhanced support and accessibility. This class will be limited to 15 participants.
