RPM® is the indoor cycling workout where you discover your athlete within. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training.

A Typical Class

In a 50 minute RPM® class, your instructor will take you thought a journey choreographed to inspirational music, incorporating riding positions and speeds to suit the terrain. Push yourself to your limit and sweat and burn to reach an endorphins high.
